IMPORTANT NOTICES:

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS: Kaila will be away for half of December. She will be offering TELEPHONE appointments only from December 8-January 2. Any appointments booked in this time frame will be TELEPHONE ONLY, unless arranged with her prior. If you require an in person session please contact Kaila directly to request this.

FRIDAY APPOINTMENTS: As of April 1st, 2023, any appointments made with Kaila that fall on a FRIDAY will be via TELEPHONE ONLY. If you wish to request an in person session during these dates, please contact Kaila directly at 250-613-7649.

PRICES: As noted in office, as of June 1st, 2023 there will be a price increase. We have not increased our prices since 2020 but due to our licensing standards we are required to do so. One hour sessions will now be $140 and 1.5 hour sessions will now be $210. If you have a negotiated rate, please discuss with your therapist in order to keep this rate.

NOTE: This is a family ran practice which means though we highly value our patients, we sometimes have unexpected family obligations that arise. We also may have to move in person appointments to phone if extreme weather prevents us from driving safely to the office. This may consist of appointments having to be rescheduled or changed to telephone sessions. During these unforeseen circumstances, if you have an in person appointment and refuse to opt for the phone session, you will still be charged for your appointment. We also design our schedules around 1 hour increments. This means if you choose to do a 30 or 90 minute session there is a good chance your appointment time may be adjusted in order to accommodate other patients into available time slots. We understand that these circumstances can be an inconvenience and we will do our best to be as accommodating as possible.
