IMPORTANT NOTICES:

WINTER ROADS: Please be advised about our winter roads policy. With the winter shortly upon us, if road/weather conditions are unreasonable then any in person appointments will automatically be changed to phone appointments. If you do not wish to do the appointment via phone, it will be seen as a no show and you will be charged the full fee.

PRICING CHANGES: Due to changes in our accreditation requirements, Kaila will be charging different fees for Individuals versus Couples and Families starting JANUARY 2025. Prices will stay at $140/$210 for individual therapy but will change to $160/$240 for couples and families. Please contact Kaila with any concerns or questions.

CHRISTMAS HOURS: During the Christmas season we will have limited hours. From December 19-January 5th Kaila will be doing PHONE appointments only. Please book in advance in order to get in person appointments.

NOTE: This is a family ran practice which means though we highly value our patients, we sometimes have unexpected family obligations that arise. We also may have to move in person appointments to phone if extreme weather prevents us from driving safely to the office. This may consist of appointments having to be rescheduled or changed to telephone sessions. During these unforeseen circumstances, if you have an in person appointment and refuse to opt for the phone session, you will still be charged for your appointment. We also design our schedules around 1 hour increments. This means if you choose to do a 15, 30 or 90 minute session there is a good chance your appointment time may be adjusted in order to accommodate other patients into available time slots. We understand that these circumstances can be an inconvenience and we will do our best to be as accommodating as possible.
